On January 25, 2020 DIG Future City Team was awarded the “Student Choice Award” and “The Most Innovative Moving Part Award” at the Regional Future City Competition.
The Future City Competition challenges students to design a city of the future and have fun doing it. The program fosters an interest in science, technology, mathematics, and engineering through hands-on components and helps students better understand the practical applications of those STEM principles.
