DIG has always believed that big dreams can come from small places—and with your support, we’re building a space where those dreams can take root and grow. We are proud to announce the upcoming DIG STEM Center, the first of its kind in rural South Carolina. This will be a tech-forward facility designed to meet the needs of youth and families in our region, giving them access to the tools, training, and mentorship they need to compete and thrive in the 21st-century workforce.
– for robotics, AI, engineering, coding, and future city planning
– connecting youth with undergrad and industry mentors
– promoting holistic development and healthy living
– supporting inquiry-based science and collaborative problem solving
– real-world skills and pathways for career success
Rural communities are rich with talent—but too often, opportunity doesn’t live here. In places where resources are limited and families are stretched thin, children with potential are forced to leave home just to be seen, supported, or challenged.
This center is about changing that.
It’s about:
Meet Madison, a young girl from a small town who joined DIG with a dream. That dream? To become a nuclear engineer. Today, she’s preparing for college with a full support system behind her—and it all started with DIG. Her story is just one of hundreds that proves this: our kids are ready—they just need the resources.
I highly recommend ZATA Construction for any construction project. Their team's expertise and commitment to quality craftsmanship were exceptional. They exceeded our expectations!
From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, ZATA Construction delivered outstanding service. Their communication throughout the project was excellent, and the finished product was beyond impressive.
